The Experience

Every person is different, but our process stays consistent: screening first, structured protocols, and thoughtful follow-up.

01

Intake + Screening

Your process begins with a thorough intake questionnaire and consultation. We review your goals, health history, medications, and context to determine whether microdosing is a good fit right now.

This step is collaborative and clear. You'll leave with a grounded understanding of what microdosing can and cannot do, plus a realistic timeline for evaluation.

If something suggests pausing or seeking additional clinical guidance first, we will tell you directly.

Preparing for Your First Session

Once your intake is complete and we've confirmed microdosing is a good fit, there are a few things worth doing before your first dose.

Build a Baseline

Track 5-7 days of data before your first session: sleep quality, mood (morning and evening), focus, energy, and stress reactivity. This gives us something concrete to compare against once your protocol starts. Without a baseline, subtle shifts are easy to miss.

Physical Preparation

In the week before you begin, prioritize consistent sleep, steady hydration, and reduced alcohol intake. Keep your meals, movement, and daily rhythms as stable as possible. The goal is to reduce variables so we can see what the microdose is actually doing.

Plan Your First Dosing Day

Choose a day when your schedule is predictable and low-stress. Avoid stacking your first dose with intense workdays or major social commitments. You want a clean read on the experience, not one muddied by outside pressure.

03

Protocol + Tracking

We build a protocol tailored to your sensitivity, schedule, and intentions. That includes dosage cadence, non-dosing days, and a simple observation framework.

Because microdosing is subtle by design, tracking matters. We help you monitor relevant shifts in mood, focus, sleep, and stress instead of chasing dramatic effects.

Our approach favors conservative starts and deliberate adjustments over guesswork.

04

Integration + Adjustments

Most value from microdosing comes from consistency, reflection, and practical behavior change. We support you in turning patterns into action.

Follow-up check-ins focus on what is working, what is unclear, and whether protocol adjustments are warranted.

Our door remains open for ongoing microdosing support, integration, and referral when higher-acuity care is needed. If you want a deeper look at post-session support, review our integration guide.
