Rent Space at a Licensed Denver Healing Center

Whether you are a licensed facilitator who needs a room, or an instructor who wants to run a psilocybin-enhanced event, AlmaDose Denver has space to rent. You bring the people. We handle the location, and can supply the licensed piece too.

Who This Is For

Two Ways to Rent

AlmaDose Denver rents space two ways, depending on what you bring to the table.

You Are a Licensed Facilitator

You have the license and the clients. What you need is a Denver location to work out of. Building your own space is expensive, slow, and not what most facilitators want to spend their time on. Rent a room at AlmaDose and bring your practice into a space that is already set up for the work.

You Have an Audience, Not a License

Maybe you are a yoga teacher, an artist, or a workshop leader with people who would love a psilocybin-enhanced experience. You do not need a license to work with us. You rent the room and bring your group. We supply the licensed facilitator and the psilocybin. You focus on running your class or event.

Either way, you rent the space. Everything past that we work out with you directly.

You rent the space and bring your group. If your event includes psilocybin administration, at least one Colorado-licensed natural medicine facilitator must be present for every eight participants. We can work with you to coordinate the licensed facilitation and other details required for your event. Please contact us to discuss your plans and finalize the rental agreement.

What You Get

What Comes With the Space

The Room

Our main room is a flexible, thoughtfully designed space for anything from an intimate one-on-one session to a facilitated group of up to 24 people. The layout can be adapted to the facilitator’s approach and the type of experience being offered.

For individual sessions, the room can feel private, calm, and comfortable without the atmosphere of a traditional medical or office setting. For groups, it can be arranged for circles, meditation, movement, creative activities, discussion, or other facilitated experiences.

The space was created with psychedelic and natural medicine experiences in mind. Lighting, sound, comfort, movement, and atmosphere all contribute to set and setting, and facilitators have flexibility to create an environment that supports their participants and their own approach.

Beyond facilitated natural medicine sessions, the room can accommodate integration groups, workshops, educational programs, yoga, creative experiences, and other wellness activities.

The Setting

Set and setting are not an afterthought here. The space is designed for psilocybin experiences, which means the environment is already doing part of the work for you. Lighting, sound, comfort, and flow were all built with the session in mind, not adapted from a rented office or a yoga studio after hours. It features carefully selected psychedelic art, soft lighting, and a comfortable, calming atmosphere designed to support inward focus and relaxation. Each element is intended to help participants feel safe, grounded, and supported throughout their experience.

The Building

Guests arrive at a real healing center in Denver, not a hotel conference room or a borrowed office. That matters for how the experience lands, and it matters for how your practice is perceived. The center includes a private ADA-accessible restroom, on-site storage, convenient parking, and access to an adjoining arts and entertainment space. Guests may also purchase prepackaged food and beverages, artwork, and souvenirs during their visit.

Use Cases

What People Use the Space For

One-on-One Facilitated Sessions

A private, comfortable room designed for individual facilitated sessions, with the setting already thoughtfully prepared. The space provides a calm and welcoming environment where the facilitator can focus on the participant and the experience rather than setting up a temporary treatment space.

This option is ideal for licensed facilitators who need a professional location for individual clients without maintaining their own healing center. The room can support preparation, administration, the psychedelic experience itself, and integration, giving the facilitator and participant a consistent and private setting throughout the process.

Group Sessions

Space for group work, circles, or cohort-based programs. Our large room can comfortably accommodate approximately 24 participants for group sessions, circles, and cohort-based programs. For larger events that do not involve natural medicine administration, the room has a maximum capacity of approximately 50 people.

Yoga and Movement

Pair yoga or other movement practices with psilocybin. Bring your class, and we can supply the licensed facilitator and the microdose if you need us to.

Creative and Class-Based Formats

Painting, music, workshops, and other activity-based experiences that pair well with psilocybin. Run the creative side yourself and let us handle the licensed piece. The space includes several yoga mats, pillows, extra chairs, a television, and a projector. Please contact us in advance to confirm available equipment and discuss anything else you may need to bring.

Integration and Aftercare

The experience itself is only one part of the journey. Integration and aftercare create space to reflect on what came up during a psychedelic experience, explore its meaning, and consider how those insights may translate into everyday life. AlmaDose provides a comfortable setting for individual integration sessions, group discussions, therapy, reflection, and other forms of post-experience support. Participants can reconnect with their facilitator or therapist, process difficult or meaningful experiences, identify patterns and intentions, and develop practical ways to carry insights forward. The space can also support ongoing integration groups and wellness activities, allowing aftercare to continue beyond a single follow-up appointment.

Why Rent

Why Rent Instead of Building Your Own

Setting up your own location means finding a space, getting it approved, building it out, and carrying the overhead whether or not you have people that week. For most facilitators and instructors, that math does not work, especially early on. And if you are not licensed, building a compliant space is not even on the table.

Renting gives you a Denver location without the buildout, without the lease, and without the fixed cost sitting on your books between events. You pay for the time you use. You scale up as you grow.

You also get to focus on the part you actually care about, whether that is the facilitation, the yoga, or the class you want to run.

Rates and Availability

Let's Figure Out What Works

Every arrangement is a little different. A licensed facilitator renting a room is one thing. An instructor partnering with us to run a class is another. Rather than post rates that will not fit what you are actually planning, we would rather hear what you have in mind and work it out with you.

Tell us what you want to run and how often, and we will walk you through availability and options.

Frequently Asked Questions About Space Rental

Do I need to be a licensed facilitator to rent space?

No. Licensed facilitators can rent a room to run their own sessions. If you are not licensed, you can still rent the space and partner with us. You bring your group and run your activity, and we supply the licensed facilitator and the psilocybin.

We welcome both Colorado-licensed facilitators and unlicensed instructors, artists, and other event organizers. If your program includes psilocybin administration, at least one Colorado-licensed natural medicine facilitator is required for every eight participants. We are flexible and happy to help coordinate licensed facilitation and other services needed for your program. Please contact us to discuss your plans and any required documentation.

How much does it cost to rent space?

It depends on the room, the format, and what you are planning. Reach out and we will talk it through based on what you actually want to run.
